A Fantastic Day of Bowls and Camaraderie

What a brilliant event! Newport Bowling Club recently hosted a Bowling Arm Comp that brought together clubs from across the area for a day filled with great bowls, friendly rivalry and plenty of smiles.

The competition was a wonderful showcase of community spirit, with players of all abilities coming together to enjoy the game and the company. It’s always a pleasure to welcome visiting clubs to Newport, and this event was no exception.

Congratulations to The Entrance/Canton Beach on taking out the overall competition – a well-deserved win! A big thank you also goes to Nick from Hunter Bowls for assisting with the lucky prize draw on the day.
